Frequently Asked Questions

Our Before & After School Program provides a safe and engaging space for school-age children.

  • Before School: Children can be dropped off in the morning, where they’ll enjoy breakfast and care until the school bus arrives to take them to public school.
  • After School: When school ends, the bus will bring them back to the center, where they’ll receive a meal, have time for homework, socialize, and participate in fun activities.

Enrollment options may vary by center, allowing families to sign up for before-school care, after-school care, or both (depending on availability).

By enrolling in this program, families also gain priority access to care on snow days, school breaks, and other days off that align with the public school calendar. Additionally, these families receive first priority enrollment in our summer program.

This is an example of a daily schedule. Every day will vary based on themed activities, Guest Speakers, and weather.

Of course. Please visit our Nutrition page to learn more. All of our menus are posted weekly on our News/Blog section.

Depending on the weather, yes! Children participate in outdoor play every day on an age appropriate playground. Outdoor play is always supervised to ensure that children are safe and that their play is appropriate and inclusive. Outdoor play promotes creativity, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, which are all essential for a child’s overall development. It provides children with opportunities to engage in physical activity, explore their environment, develop their motor skills, and socialize with their peers. During winter months, we encourage you to bring winter gear daily (hat, gloves/mittens, snowsuit, boots). Please make sure everything is labeled.

Tuition is accepted in form of self pay or State/DHHS. It is collected directly from the state or parents are billed weekly on an app called Procare Tuition Express.

We have additional information and policies listed on the Resources section of our website. If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@hunteysclubhouse.com. If you have questions about enrollment, please e-mail enroll@hunteysclubhouse.com.
