Background Clearances

All Team Members must undergo a criminal background check through the Department of Human Services and State Police, verification of education credentials, and a thorough review of personal references.


Each center is led by a Director who has an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in early childhood education. Each center is overseen by an experienced Regional Director.

Health & Safety

Team Members review training on state-specific licensing rules, first aid and CPR , child abuse, and neglect, fire safety, childcare and sanitation regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Professional Development

Each Team Member undergoes 24 hours of early child education annually including CPR, first aid, and cultural competency courses.
