Procare & Payment Letter
Hello parents,
I hope everyone has had a chance to log into Procare as well as sign up for automated billing. If you haven’t had an opportunity to complete those two tasks, please let us know and we would be happy to assist.
Please note that you will receive one email to the Procare app and a separate email for the automated billing. You must use the separate billing link to input banking information. When we send out the billing link it expires within 24 hours. Any self-pay families that are enrolled in automated billing before 12/16/22 (Friday) will receive a $30 statement credit toward the first invoice on 1/2/22. Directors can take payment information (ACH or credit card) at the center to input in the system.
Additional Information Regarding Procare & Payments:
- Starting 1/2/23 all payments will be made weekly on Mondays for the following week of care
- There is a 3% fee for credit card payments and no fee for ACH (direct bank account)
- We will be strictly adhering to our 2-week non-payment policy. Please refer to the handbook for details.
- Late pickups will be charged $1 per minute
- Failed payment fee of $25 will be added to invoices. One failed payment is allowed per year before the fee is charged.
- If there is a past due balance, we will not allow additional days to be added to a child’s schedule.
- All parents/guardians are required to sign children in/out at the kiosk that will be available at the entrance of the center. You will be able to access your pin number on the Procare app. Directors will be available to assist for the first few days.
- Please provide directors with all approved pick-up information as we will not be allowing pickups from anyone that is not in the system
- We are testing Procare’s keypad entry system. If it works properly, it will be replacing the existing keypads
- The transition from Brightwheel to Procare will happen on 1/1/23.
